1. Introduction
   These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our services. By accessing or using any of our offerings,
   you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
   ● “We,” “us,” or “our”: Refers to Abdullah Zeeshan Enterprises SPC, a registered business entity.
   ● “You” or “user”: Refers to any individual or entity accessing our services.
3. Services
   ● We provide services allowed under the Construction and Contracting Business License .
   ● Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
4. Payment and Fees
   ● All payments to be directed to our business bank account as mentioned below

   ● In case of a cash payment formal intimation will be raised via email address (Ref. Contact Information)
   ● Any change in scope of work will be chargeable.
   ● Late payment may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
   ● We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   ● Any work delay related to payment, approval & technical problems from client side will affect work deadline.
   ● Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Termination
   ● Either party may terminate this Agreement with notice (Ref. Signed Agreement)
   ● Upon termination, users must cease using our services.
7. Governing Law
   ● This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sultanate of Oman.
   ● Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Sultanate of Oman.
